As the sound-absorbing composite panel is made of perforated color steel and the core material is made of rock wool or glass wool composite, it can effectively prevent air flow, hinder sound waves, improve the sound absorption coefficient, and enhance the strength of the panel itself. The effective width of the board is 950/1150mm, and the thickness is 50-150mm. The length is customized according to customer requirements. The protection form of the board surface is covered with PVC protective film.

2) Good thermal insulation: The thermal insulation of rock wool sandwich panels is based on the thermal conductivity of rock wool λ= Based on 0.043 W/m2K, the thickness of the corresponding proportion of rock wool core material is calculated.

3) Significant sound insulation and absorption effect: Rock wool sandwich panels have a significant reduction effect on noise transmission. Through testing, according to ISO 717/82 and UNI 8270/7 standards, a sandwich panel with a density of 120kg/m3 rock wool as the core material can achieve a sound insulation effect of RW=29-30 dB.
